We are seeking an experienced, retail Assistant Store Manager to provide leadership in our Swatch Store. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Retail Manager with a strong focus on driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.

Profile

• Drive sales and support sales objectives
• Perform daily operations of a specialty retail store
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead a cohesive, high-performing team
• Set the standard for superior customer service and sales volume
• Develop and motivate staff; lead by example
• Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other assets according to guidelines
• Enhance the SWATCH brand through effective communication, enthusiasm, and professionalism

Professional Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in an Assistant Manager role, preferably in specialty retail
