Job summary

Mach 1 Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily operations, support the store manager, and elevate customer service. You’ll manage reports, inventories, deposits, invoices, and vendor relations while upholding company standards.

You’ll start at $15.50 per hour with a $0.25 raise every 3 months for the first year, then regular increases as performance allows. Training and advancement opportunities are highlighted; background screen required.

• Inventory Wizard: Dive into the world of tobacco counts and cash audits like a pro, making sure our treasures are all accounted for.
• Banking Buddy: Ensure all deposits make their daily trip to the bank—no treasure left behind!
• Invoice Ninja: Keep our inventory on point by scanning, sending, filing every invoice like the savvy manager you are.
• Communication Champion: Chat daily with our amazing sales associates and the management team to keep everyone in the loop!
• Vendor Virtuoso: Work your magic with vendors to make sure orders are placed perfectly and on time.
• Store Style Guru: Make sure the store shines and reflects our company's dazzling standards!
• Competitive Price Sleuth: Keep an eye on competitor pricing to ensure we stay ahead in the game!

Pay increase every 3 months for the first year AND double pay on holidays!

Start at $15.50 with a 25 cent pay increase every 3 months until you reach $16.50 then regular pay increases.
