Job summary

Bauer Built is hiring a Heavy Duty Tire Technician in Romeoville, IL. You will inspect tires, mount and balance using specialized equipment, and advise customers on tire-related concerns.

• Mount and balance tires using specialized equipment and proper installation techniques.
• Communicate with customers to understand tire-related concerns and provide professional recommendations.
• Ensure proper torque settings when mounting tires to wheels.
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and prevent errors.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize service calls and shop tasks to meet customer expectations.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when handling heavy tires, operating equipment, and working in potentially hazardous environments.
• Respond promptly to on-call service requests for tire repair, replacement, and installation services.

What You’ll Do
