Responsibilities

• Work across multiple stores in the district.
• Operate at a location closed on Sundays.
• Manage day shifts, with office hours ending at 6pm.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Meet sales goals through rentals, insurance, and supplies.
• Assist customers with rental processes and agreements.
• Maintain facilities (cleaning, light bulb changes, etc.).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Run errands and travel to other store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing employment experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (excluding NYC).
• High school diploma or GED.
