Position: Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager at Dollar Express, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Your key duties include assisting the Store Manager with daily store operations, maintaining inventories, store appearance, and completing daily paperwork.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Answer questions and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Team Members on store practices and procedures.
• Assist in unloading merchandise, organizing stock, and transferring items from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Support the Store Manager with ordering merchandise, record keeping, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Support loss prevention efforts.
• Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
