Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create a superior customer service experience to maximize market penetration, store growth, sales, and profitability
• Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement
• Partner with teammates to drive store initiatives

• Support learning and career growth within a dynamic team
• Lead a successful team, support the store manager, and manage store operations in a fast-paced environment
• Manage sales, profits, and customer service
• Build, coach, and engage the team to deliver excellent customer care and business results
• Handle inventory protection, asset management, safety, and operational issues
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles, sales floor, stock room, and outside areas
• Implement operational and marketing programs, aiming for continuous process improvement
• Develop customer relationships, assist with sales questions, and ensure positive experiences

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school courses or degree preferred
• Experience or willingness to learn about the automotive aftermarket industry or DIY automotive projects
• Passion for customer care and building long-term relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Preferred: automotive industry background, experience in retail, auto body, or management roles, ASE certifications, NAPA Know How
