What You'll Be Doing

As a leader, you will partner with the Store Manager to motivate your team and ensure excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining organized data and reporting infrastructure
2. Learning about and selling Goorin hats
3. Increasing product knowledge to become a hat expert
4. Providing exceptional customer service via various communication channels
5. Building sales and meeting KPIs
6. Fulfilling web orders and creating in-store sales
7. Managing opening, closing, and daily operations
8. Maintaining a clean and positive store environment
9. Processing shipments and inventory
10. Demonstrating retail sales and leadership experience
11. Exhibiting problem-solving skills and accountability
12. Engaging in visual merchandising
13. Communicating effectively

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, squat, kneel, sit, climb stairs, and lift up to 45 lbs.
