When you join our team as an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll take on key store management responsibilities including supervising daily store activities, ensuring overall performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while identifying training opportunities to grow the team.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 38 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $24.50/hour
• Wage Increase: Year 2 - $25.50/hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve results
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members
• Identify training opportunities for team development
• Promote company values and teamwork
• Monitor community environment and recommend adjustments
• Provide product feedback and participate in hiring processes
• Manage store operations including inventory, customer concerns, safety, cleanliness, stock levels, merchandising, and staff supervision
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Physical Demands

• Stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, operating equipment, and maintaining store cleanliness

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with management principles, budgeting, and operations
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with 3+ years retail experience; management experience preferred
