What You’ll Do

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a focus on minimizing shrink and damages.
• Attract, recruit, and develop top talent through comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship. Foster a supportive environment for Associates and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, initiatives, and store changes. Contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service goals. Coordinate loss prevention and operational improvements.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to influence and mentor others.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Compensation

This is a bonus and overtime eligible position, with a starting pay range of $22.05 to $30.30 per hour, approximately $54,956.54 to $75,518.51 annually, depending on skills and experience.
