The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to develop action plans for results and business growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.

• Oversee specific divisions and be accountable for their results.
• Support store standards for merchandising and operations.
• Learn all aspects of the business and contribute ideas to enhance performance.

• Perform POS transactions and execute management functions when needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred).
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.
