Position Details

Assistant Store Leaders ensure guests receive the highest level of gracious hospitality. You should be friendly, responsible, knowledgeable, honest, and committed to providing memorable experiences. Responsibilities include hiring, training, production, service, and accounting. We seek candidates who live by these principles and will lead their team to success.

What You'll Do As a Leader In Our Company

• Gain experience in high-volume restaurant management and service
• Understand business operations and financials
• Manage shifts, including decision-making, scheduling, and planning
• Create memorable dining experiences
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Perform effectively in high-volume environments
• Become proficient with POS systems
• Coach, lead, and develop the restaurant team

Wage Range: $22.27 - $27.53 per hour, with overtime, annual equivalent $55,000 - $68,000 based on a 45-hour workweek.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership or managerial experience
• Basic math skills
• Positive attitude
• Food and beer knowledge or willingness to learn
• Possession or ability to obtain a food handler's permit
• Excellent verbal communication and personal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• High-volume restaurant experience preferred
• Availability to work weekends
• Passion for serving guests and team

Salary: $55,000 - $68,000 annually.
