Position Details

Assistant Store Leaders ensure guests receive gracious hospitality. You must be friendly, responsible, knowledgeable, honest, and committed to providing a memorable experience. Responsibilities include hiring, training, production, service, and accounting. We seek candidates who live by these principles daily and will lead their team to success.

What You'll Do As a Leader In Our Company

1. Gain experience in high-volume restaurant management and service
2. Understand business operations and financials
3. Manage shifts, including decision making, scheduling, and planning
4. Create memorable dining experiences
5. Ensure product quality and cleanliness
6. Perform effectively in high-volume environments
7. Become proficient with POS systems
8. Coach, lead, and develop the team

• Availability to work weekends
