We are looking for 3 Assistant Store Leaders to join us in advancing the industry forward. As an Assistant Store Leader, you will work closely with the Store Leader to ensure the store is operationally sound, business results are achieved, and exceptional customer service is provided consistently.

Responsibilities for Product

1. Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring attractive and organized product displays, planning new launches, and using customer feedback to inform decisions.
2. Collaborate with the Store Leader and team to create a visually captivating store environment that showcases our products.
3. Update product displays and signage regularly to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal changes, reacting quickly to sell-through and making adjustments to maximize results.
4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
5. Manage store fixtures and maintenance.
6. Conduct regular stock checks and assist in replenishing merchandise.
7. Communicate with partners regarding assortment, allocation, and logistics feedback.
8. Share weekly/monthly product focuses and goals, guiding the team to achieve desired results.
9. Train store associates on visual merchandising techniques and product knowledge.
