Responsibilities

• Recruiting and training store personnel.
• Ensure compliance with policies and brand standards.
• Lead selling strategy to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Address customer feedback and escalations to resolve issues.
• Maintain appearance and merchandising per guidelines.
• Open/close store and manage cash, POS, and audits.
• Oversee inventory, backroom organization, and pricing changes.
• Ensure safe store operations and handle equipment maintenance.
