Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching with the Store Leader.
• Demonstrate strength in retaining qualified applicants, developing leaders and empowering staff.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in line with health and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team and customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; valid driver's license required for employment.
