7-Eleven, Inc is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team in Richardson, TX. This full-time trainee role focuses on developing leadership capabilities, coaching staff, and executing merchandising and promotional programs to drive store performance.

You will work closely with the Store Leader to deliver exceptional customer service, manage cash handling, and promote our loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

• Oversee and lead customer service initiatives with store teams.
• Develop leaders and coach staff to achieve store goals.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.

Responsibilities
