7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Retail Assistant Manager to join a management team in Newport, KY. This role focuses on supervising staff, delivering strong customer service, and driving merchandising programs in a full-time setting.

You will train and coach employees, promote loyalty initiatives, and maintain safety, cleanliness and product availability while supporting Store Leader in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Demonstrate strength in staff retention by developing leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintain cash handling standards and promote loyalty programs.
