Job summary

Journeys is seeking a Store Manager in Training to assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to achieve sales goals and protect company assets. You will help supervise daily operations and loss prevention, while promoting from within.

Join a fast-paced, energetic retail environment with opportunities for rapid promotion. Must be at least 18 years old, able to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends, and lift up to 50 pounds.
