Job summary

This role provides growth within store leadership and requires flexibility in hours, completion of required safety certifications within the first months, and strong teamwork

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to work in store operations.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment.
• Ability to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in leading, planning and organizing store operations (gasoline, retail, food service).
• Support staff training, delegation, and maintaining high service standards.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory management, ordering and stocking.
• Assist with budgeting, expenses, and monitoring sales to meet targets.
• Uphold company policies, procedures and safety regulations.
