Job summary

You’ll assist in employee development, training, and performance coaching, and work closely with the Store Leader to drive teamwork, efficiency, and profitability in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to work in store operations.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is mandatory.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in training and coaching team members to maintain high standards.
• Support planning, organizing and overseeing store operations (gasoline, retail, and food service).
• Help manage staff, delegating tasks and ensuring proper training.
• Foster a positive work environment through clear communication.
• Oversee daily operations: inventory, ordering, stocking, and cash handling.
• Assist in monitoring sales, performance, and budget adherence.
