Job summary

Parker’s Kitchen is seeking an Assistant Store Leader in Savannah, GA. You will assist in managing all aspects of store operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service, while supporting daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will contribute to employee development, train team members, and help the Store Leader ensure profitability and strong performance. This role offers growth within store leadership and requires flexibility in shifts and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is mandatory.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.
• Assistant Store Leaders must be able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in leading and organizing store operations across gasoline, retail, and food service.
• Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, ordering, and stocking to meet standards and budgets.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling, register operations, and financial targets.
