Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experienced with retail systems.
• Ability to analyze selling reports and react quickly.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Model service behaviors and lead a high-energy, client-focused environment.
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling; lead clienteling and loyalty programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent; coach and address underperformance.
