Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store, lead a team, control costs and deliver outstanding guest experiences. The role includes a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success and opportunities for growth within Panda Express.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experience.
• Lead and support associates to ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in leadership training programs to prepare for advancement into management positions.
