Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager you will help run a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program and have opportunities for growth into management roles within a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
