Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store, hire and guide associates, and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success.

You will have a path to growth into management, with a comprehensive benefits package including paid training and opportunities to advance within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations, hiring, supervising and directing of associates.
• Drive toward financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
