Job summary

MotoMart is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of our Midwest convenience stores in Missouri. You will support the Store Manager, lead Store Associates and Shift Leaders, and drive performance across operations, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead Store Associates and Shift Leaders; guide team to meet policies and standards.
• Supervise store operations; assign tasks, reinforce procedures, ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Oversee customer and employee concerns; manage promotions, pricing surveys, and daily sales reports.
• Maintain building and equipment; inspect systems and premises; support other functions as needed.
