MotoMart in Rolla, Missouri is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager, lead Store Associates and Shift Leaders, and drive daily operations with a focus on service and efficiency.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must consent to and clear a pre-employment background check.
• Must possess an active valid driver's license with access to a registered, insured vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team and mentor future managers, upholding policies and high standards.
• Supervise operations, assign tasks, enforce procedures, and ensure safety.
• Maintain clean premises, address concerns, and deter theft.
• Execute promotions, monitor competitors, and report daily sales.
• Inspect building and equipment; test store systems and facilities.
• Assist with car wash, gaming, and drive-throughs where applicable.
