Job summary

MotoMart is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store leadership and guide Store Associates and Shift Leaders at our Midwest convenience stores. The role offers growth opportunities for individuals who meet expectations and uphold company standards.

You will lead a dedicated team, supervise daily operations, and ensure a safe, clean environment while implementing promotions and monitoring pricing to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must consent to and clear a pre-employment background check.
• Must possess an active valid driver's license with access to a registered, insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor store team with eye toward future advancement to Assistant Manager and Store Manager.
• Supervise store operations, assign tasks, reinforce procedures, correct behaviors, and ensure productivity, courtesy, cleanliness, and safety.
• Maintain store appearance, address customer and employee concerns, and control theft.
• Execute store promotions and on-site advertising, monitor pricing, report daily sales and operations.
