You will thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, coaching Associates and guiding operations to ensure strong store performance. You will recruit, train, and develop team members, implement plans, and lead initiatives to meet sales and service targets while maintaining loss prevention and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving with a focus on shrink/damage reduction.
• Recruit and develop Associates; mentor and role model to provide a positive experience for Associates and customers.
