Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales or leadership experience.
• Led teams of 10+ associates.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through exceptional customer service and team execution.
• Schedule staffing to align with customer traffic and business needs.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and receipts.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach team members; provide performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with ATF, OSHA, EPA, and local regulations; promote safety.
• Manage timekeeping, scheduling approvals, and attendance tracking.
