Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Experience in coaching, performance management, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through exceptional customer service and team execution.
• Maintain high-quality customer experience in both retail and range environments.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, promotions, and visual presentation.
• Schedule staffing to align with customer traffic and business needs.
• Manage daily store operations, cash handling, and receipts.
• Oversee range facility standards, staffing, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Use POS, inventory, and scheduling tools effectively.
• Support range maintenance team operations.
• Recruit, interview, and hire top talent; onboard and train new team members.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management; develop staff through goals.
