Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training people.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with store associates.

Responsibilities

• Inspire associates to build customer connections and deliver excellent service.
• Recruit external talent and collaborate with Store Manager on hires.
• Manage pricing, shipping, inventory and daily store operations.
