• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Skills in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multitask, perform physical activities like bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Salary range: $15.61 - $22.55 per hour.
