What You Bring

• Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in staff retention, employee development, and productivity.
• Ability to assist with merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment complying with health and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication, computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred), and a High School diploma or GED (preferred, but not required with retail management experience).
• A valid Driver’s License and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
