What You Bring

  • Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
  • Ability to maintain high retention, develop leaders, and empower employees.
  • Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of retail management experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
