Job description

Join to apply for the Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager) role at 7-Eleven.

We are hiring immediately and are focused and dedicated to your success! We offer full-time hours, valuable management and leadership experience, and competitive pay.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
  • Implement merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock.
Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred; a High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required if you have at least one year of retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
