We are hiring immediately for an Assistant Store Leader Trainee position. If you enjoy working as part of a management team and have previous supervisory experience, we would love to speak with you! Qualifications

• Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader
• Experience in employee retention, developing leaders, and promoting productivity
• Ability to assist with merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs
• Knowledge of health and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• High School diploma or GED preferred; equivalent retail management experience considered
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
• Ability to multitask, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
