Job Description: Assistant Store Leader

As the full-time Assistant Store Leader, you are the store’s key influencer in developing and implementing business strategies and leading daily operations. Your passion is in training and coaching your team into high-performing members who provide exceptional customer experiences. Through your leadership, your team consistently meets sales goals and achieves operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training, and developing new team members.
• Support daily workflow coordination and provide team direction.
• Participate in employment actions, including discipline and termination, following company policy.
• Monitor store performance, identify opportunities for increased productivity and efficiency.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve price discrepancies.
• Ensure proper use of sales techniques by the team.
• Maintain accurate cash handling at POS registers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
