Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations including opening and closing.
• Support department managers with staff development, merchandising, scheduling and ordering.
• Recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees with Store Director
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Assist with other duties as assigned
