You will drive merchandising, customer service, and profitability while upholding Meijer's standards. With 5+ years in retail or operations and 4+ years of leadership, you will recruit talent, manage performance, and grow community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of retail/grocery/operations management/customer service experience.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Director in running the overall store operations.
• Leads performance management activities for leaders and team members.
• Attracts, selects, and retains a team that supports the Meijer culture.
• Responsible for daily communication with team and leadership.
• Drives strategies to improve customer service, store sales and profitability.
• Ensures compliance with Food Safety standards and merchandising plans.
