You will report to the Store Director and CEO, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth merchandising, scheduling, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and switch roles with ease.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Helps manage day-to-day store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Fully trained in all departments to assist as needed.
• Collaborates with department managers on staff development, merchandising, scheduling, and ordering.
• Implements and upholds new and existing initiatives.
• Aids the store director in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
• Provides excellent customer service and resolves customer needs and complaints.
• Prioritizes tasks appropriately and can re-prioritize with ease.
• Demonstrates problem solving in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Store Director.
