Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate with department managers on staff development, merchandising, scheduling and ordering.
• Aide the Store Director in recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new employees.
• Engage with customers to deliver quality service and resolve issues.
• Support and implement new and existing store initiatives.
