Coborn's, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Director in Minnesota to partner with the Store Director in organizing and directing all store activities. This role focuses on achieving sales, profit, expense, and guest service goals while upholding Coborn’s vision, mission, and values.

You will guide a team, set standards by example, and ensure health, safety, and training programs are properly executed to drive remarkable results and a market-competitive store operation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Director to organize and direct store activities.
• Ensure store sales, profit, expense, and guest service goals are met.
• Inspire and develop the team by providing tools, setting standards, and modeling Coborn’s values.
