Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Store Director to lead all aspects of store operations, including ordering, merchandising, pricing, freshness, housekeeping, and safety programs.

The role focuses on developing policies and goals and communicating clear expectations to teams across the organization. The Store Director will drive performance, ensure adherence to company standards, and partner with leadership to align priorities with Coborn's strategic objectives.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Directs and manages all phases of store operations.
• Directs ordering, merchandising, pricing, freshness, housekeeping, food safety and safety programs.
• Develops and implements organization policies and goals, and accountability for providing direction, focus, establishing priorities and communicating expectations to all levels of company individuals.
