Coborn's Incorporated is seeking a Store Director to oversee all aspects of store operations in Minnesota. This leadership role directs ordering, merchandising, pricing, and safety programs while developing policies and communicating priorities across the organization.

The Store Director will ensure excellent customer service, manage budgets, and lead a team to achieve growth and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages all phases of store operations.
• Directs ordering, merchandising, pricing, freshness, housekeeping, food safety and safety programs.
• Develops and implements policies and goals, communicates expectations to all levels.
