Coborn's, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Director in Minnesota to partner with the Store Director in directing store operations, achieving sales, profit, expense and guest service goals. You will inspire your team, set standards by example and implement Coborn’s vision and values in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Director to organize and direct store activities and ensure store sales, profit, expense and guest service goals are met.
• Inspire and guide the team by example, providing tools to succeed and upholding Coborn’s vision, mission and values in operations, guest service, merchandising, health and safety.
• Strengthen training and development across store teams and support programs and policies related to operations and guest experience.
