Job summary

Coborn's is seeking a Shift Manager in Minnesota (Anderson Court) to lead store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. You will supervise team members, manage deliveries, stock shelves, and build displays while greeting guests and helping them find items.

You will guide associates to ensure smooth shifts, provide coverage, and uphold Coborn's standards and policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications
