Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a retail grocery environment with increasing responsibilities.
• At least one year in a supervisory or lead role in retail.
• Proficient computer skills including email and spreadsheets.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Accounting and bookkeeping skills; ability to analyze financials and develop budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Store Director and oversee all store departments.
• Ensure staffing, training, and efficient operations; manage budgets and expenses.
• Oversee scheduling, supervision, and performance of team members.
• Greet customers and ensure courteous service; maintain store appearance.
• Review financial reports and take corrective action as needed.
• Train staff on department procedures and product knowledge.
