About the Role

The Assistant Store Director is a high-impact leadership position at Favor the Kind. You'll partner closely with the Store Director to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, coach the team, and keep our store energy high and joyful. You'll model best-in-class customer service and cultivate a culture of excellence—while helping us serve the best customers on the planet.

• Lead by example in all things styling, service, and hospitality
• Help bring visual direction to life through strong merchandising
• Build customer relationships that bring people back again and again

Be a Trusted Partner

• Work directly with the buying team to align on product strategy
• Be the right hand to the Store Director in all things leadership
• Lead the floor when the Director is off or traveling
