Job summary

Joyville, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Director for Home & Gift in Dallas. You’ll run the department, manage the sales floor, the team, daily operations, and the numbers, while partnering with the Visual Director to maintain standout store visuals.

You’ll lead 5–6 part-time JoyMakers, own the Hosted Experience, and drive weekly/monthly sales and margins. The role offers a fixed 40-hour schedule, two-week rotation, and opportunities for growth toward Director.

Responsibilities

• Own Home & Gift department and drive sales and margins.
• Lead Host Flow and manage daily operations as Manager on Duty.
• Collaborate with Visual Director on store visuals.
• Oversee backstock, restock, and quality control.
• Maintain direct communication with buyers for product needs.
• Lead a team of 5-6 part-time JoyMakers and train new hires.
• Uphold The Hosted Experience for every guest.
